The Group consists of three divisions supplying a range of key professional business services. All the major activities are truly pan-European with over 15 locations in Europe, a number set to grow.

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director who is based in London, this is a pivotal role in the Group’s finance department. The key responsibilities will include:

Financial Reporting infrastructure – IFRS experience essential

Statutory financial statements and taxation

Cash and Forex management

Advice on systems improvements

Advice on business acquisitions and assimilation

Involvement with individual business’s expansion in Europe

Ad hoc presentations to the Group Board
The successful candidate is likely to have qualified with a top accounting firm. A strong technical background and good communication skills are important. Key, though, is an ability to relate to the businesses we are in, work with individuals at all levels and give practical yet sound advice on business and financial issues.
