Superb opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Team Leader to join this large team to support the Purchase Ledger Manager for a period of four months due to an internal secondment.
You will be responsible for supervising and managing the workload for a team of nine purchase ledger clerks. You should be a strong team leader who is able to manage daily workloads, motivate staff and provide support and training to employees as required. This is a high profile role within the business so you should have first class communication skills and be able to liaise with other employees within the business at a senior level from both finance and non finance functions as required.
A number of new policies and procedures have recently been implemented within the department so you should be comfortable giving presentations to other areas of the business and be able to communicate and provide training on this as necessary.
This is a challenging role that has arisen to an internal secondment so the client are looking for a candidate who is happy to commit to this role for an initial period of four months although there is a possibility that this could be longer term or even permanent.
