A Management Accountant is urgently required for an immediate start for my client based near Coventry.
The position is available due to an increase in workload and therefore my client is very keen to find someone who can hit the ground running. This is reflected in the salary offered £28,000 to £35,000 pa. The position reports to the Financial Controller and sits within a team of 6 other members of staff. Experience using SAP would be advantageous
Applicants should possess CIMA professional or equivalent accounting qualification, have experience within a manufacturing and/or project environment and have an understanding of corporate management or control
Duties include:-
Delivery of financial and management accounts, including reporting and account interpretation and project review statements
Cash flow and forecasting
Quantification of business plans by way of budgets, forecasts and identification of risks and opportunities
Involvement in reviewing, interpreting and influencing accounts and forecasts with business management and departments
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and development of departmental and business process efficiencies
Supervision of support staff and support and back up for other departmental accountability's and ad hoc projects
