You will be responsible for preparing valuable and insightful financial and performance information at Board level for our blue chip client.
Key Accountabilities:
1.Preparation of the monthly Group Finance Directors report.
2.Preparing the budget and forecast reports to the Group Finance Director and the Board for upward review.
3.Ensure that all information reported upwards is robust, insightful, clear and concise and that where variances to expectations/plans exist accurate explanations and actions are communicated.
4.Develop the processes and platforms that enable MI relating to performance against budgets, forecasts and targets to be delivered.
5.Develop and maintain Opex and Income forecast and budget processes to facilitate automated, embedded forecasting on a monthly basis.
6.Responsibility for the administration of IP (integrated Planning) and Workflow, and management of regular planning updates.
7.Adhoc analysis of financial and non financial information based on board level requirements.
8.Develop and embed tight control processes for accounting close down, reporting and roll-over in relation to month end/year end, budget and forecast.
You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience of Hyperion and SAP.
