My client, a highly reputable organisation based in Warwickshire is seeking a qualified Financial Controller (ACA,ACCA,CIMA or equivalent) to join and lead their existing finance function. With a salary of up to £50k + outstanding benefits, this is an exciting role with a reputable investor in people.
You will be responsible for:
- Management and development of the existing finance team
- Production of financial management information, including customer/product profitability
- Production of management accounts, contribution analysis and marketing expenditure analysis within required timescales
- Preparation of budgets and ensuring audit compliance
- Maintenance of financial systems & controls
- Financial evaluation of capital projects
- Optimising cash management
- Liaison with both finance and non-finance staff
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience within a manufacturing organisation
- Proven man management skills
- Excellent planning & organisational skills
- An ability to work under pressure
- Hands on approach
