A qualified Senior Management Accountant is required to work for this large service sector business on a 12 month contract covering maternity leave based in Coventry.
You will be responsible for delivering a consistent high quality management accounting support function for an area of the business, focusing on financial and budget management. You should therefore have strong budgeting and forecasting experience, as you will lead budget preparation, monitoring and reporting work ensuring that good quality forecasts are produced on time.
You will manage a team of four staff and so will need to have previous experience of managing and developing staff. It is also essential that you have very strong communication skills as this role will involve liaising with senior finance and non finance colleagues throughout the business.
In order to be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant with a recognised accounting body and must be available at short notice to start this role on a 12 month maternity cover basis.
